About DaedArch Federal Services
DaedArch Federal Services Division is the government-facing arm of DaedArch Corporation. We package and license data and capabilities from the DaedArch family of entities — Trellison Institute, LedgerWell, Artrellion, Alitheion, SemaLi, and the DaedArch platform itself — under a single contracting relationship for federal, state, and local government customers and the prime contractors who serve them.
Why a Separate Division
Government data buyers have different procurement rules, audit requirements, and pricing models than commercial customers. By operating Federal Services as a distinct division on its own domain (daedarch.com), we keep:
- Public-facing federal marketing separate from commercial product marketing on daedarch.ai
- FAR-compliant terms separate from commercial click-through agreements
- Data residency and CUI handling isolated from shared commercial infrastructure
- Past-performance, pricing strategy, and bid documents internal-only (on internal.daedarch.ai)
Corporate Position
DaedArch Federal Services is a division, not a separate legal entity. All federal contracts are with DaedArch Corporation. The division is operated under the same ownership and management as DaedArch's commercial arm. We may incorporate as a separate legal entity (DaedArch Federal Services LLC) when federal revenue justifies the FOCI and CMMC structuring overhead.
Firewalls We Honor
Several DaedArch family entities have structural firewalls. Federal engagements respect these:
- LedgerWell federal work uses LedgerWell-Federal SOWs; Abel Gutu (LedgerWell partner) is not staffed on DaedArch Federal contracts.
- Alitheion federal audit work uses a separate Alitheion-Federal SOW with no cross-staffing from DaedArch Federal — Alitheion's independence as an auditor must not be compromised by adjacency to a paying customer.
- Trellison academic license tier remains free or low-cost for federal labs and grants. Federal commercial tier is priced separately.
- Artrellion federal advocacy must remain ≥30 days lagged from any Trellison research publication.
